Chapter 7 was about information architecture and web design.  It went over how important it is to organize your content. If you create good content and nobody knows about it or can’t find it, then it is not successful.  The easier it is to find information quickly the more successfuly you have organized your information.  It also explained that usability testing doesn’t work good if you don’t do it correctly.  You have to test it in a way that reflects the types of users that will be using you web site.
